6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, code, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of Poorit Technologies LLP. Students are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access materials solely for personal learning.

6.2 Student Work

You retain ownership of your original work created during the program. However, you grant Poorit Technologies permission to use anonymized examples for educational purposes.

7. Placement Assistance

While we provide placement assistance and career support, we do not guarantee employment. Job placement depends on various factors including market conditions, individual performance, and employer requirements.

8. Certification

Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of program requirements, including attendance, assignments, and assessments. Certificates are issued in digital format unless otherwise specified.

9. Code of Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for:

• Harassment or discrimination of any kind
• Plagiarism or academic dishonesty
• Disruptive behavior during sessions
• Violation of intellectual property rights

Violation may result in immediate termination from the program without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

Poorit Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
