FOR COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES

A placement partner, not a vendor

Semester-long programs, assessment data your placement cell can act on, and faculty who keep the capability after we leave.

The problem you are being asked to solve

Placement percentages sit on the accreditation form and in the parent brochure. Recruiters want skills the syllabus does not cover. Faculty are already at capacity.

Placement targets

Recruiters screen on cloud, AI and communication skills that sit outside the syllabus. Students who know the theory still fail the first technical round.

Accreditation evidence

NAAC and NBA want measurable outcomes, not a list of guest lectures. Attendance is not a metric.

Faculty bandwidth

Your best faculty cannot also become AI and DevOps specialists overnight. They need a partner, not another workload.

How an engagement runs

Four stages across one academic year. Each one produces something you can show.

  1. 01

    Baseline assessment

Every student takes an IntelliTest readiness assessment. You get a cohort report before a single class is taught.

  2. 02

    Training on campus

Practitioner-led sessions in the chosen track, project-based, with weekly checkpoints. Hybrid where it makes sense.

  3. 03

    Placement preparation

Mock technical rounds, résumé and portfolio review, and interview practice run by former hiring managers.

  4. 04

    Outcome report and faculty handover

Final assessment, before-and-after cohort data for your records, and a faculty enablement session so the work continues.

Engagement models

Most institutions start with one track and widen once the first outcome report lands.

Questions placement officers ask us

How is pricing structured?

Per-student for semester programs and bootcamps, and an annual licence for IntelliTest Hub. Faculty development is priced per cohort. We share a written proposal after a scoping call.

What batch sizes do you work with?

Training batches are kept small enough for every participant to be reviewed. Assessment scales to the full cohort with no batch limit.

Is training delivered on campus or online?

We offer Online, Hybrid and In-person delivery. Training is on campus by default, with hybrid available for follow-up sessions and for institutions outside Karnataka.

How does the partnership process work?

A scoping call, then a proposal, then an MoU covering scope, schedule and data handling. Email prerit@poorit.in or call +91 97738 87200 to start.

Who owns the assessment data?

The institution. Cohort reports are yours to use for accreditation and internal review, and student-level data is shared only with your placement cell.

A short call is enough to tell you whether Poorit fits your institution.
