Our Story

An educator-first company, built by people who hired

Poorit started in 2024 with a simple observation from two decades of building engineering teams: graduates weren't short of talent, they were short of the specific, current skills hiring teams test for — and nobody was measuring that distance until it was too late.

So we built the training and the measurement together. Programs are designed and delivered by practitioners, and every cohort is assessed before and after on our own platform, IntelliTest Hub.

The Gap

Where learning and hiring diverge

Three groups feel the same distance — from different sides.

For students

You can finish a degree with strong grades and still reach your first technical interview without having built anything close to what the job asks for. Curricula move on an academic calendar; hiring bars move every quarter.

For institutions

Placement cells can report how many students got offers. Few can report why the rest didn't — which skills were missing, or whether last year's training moved the needle at all.

For organizations

Teams know which projects slipped. Fewer can say which capability gap caused it, or whether the last training budget closed that gap or was simply delivered.

The Model

We close it the way any measurable gap gets closed: baseline it, train against it, remeasure it. Every cohort takes an IntelliTest Hub assessment before training starts and again after it ends. The output isn't a certificate; it's a report a placement cell or L&D head can put in front of whoever approved the budget.
