The engineering journey

A college can stop at any level or run the full journey. Each level filters for interest and aptitude, so the live-project cohort is made up of students who have already shown they can build.

1

Technology Discovery Workshop

Level 1 · 2–5 days

Exposure to the technology, the tools and the career paths, finishing with a small working prototype, coding challenge, security exercise or cloud deployment depending on the track.

2

Intensive Upskilling

Level 2 · 4–6 weeks

Students who show interest and aptitude move into structured technical training. The emphasis shifts from understanding the technology to building with it.

3

Industry Live Project

Level 3 · 6–8 weeks

Teams work on an industry-style problem against a defined brief, one per track.

4

Industry Mentorship

Level 4 · Alongside the project

Weekly technical, architecture, code and security reviews, plus deployment and career guidance while the project is being built.

5

Demo Day

Level 5 · 1 day

Every team presents in the same industry format: problem, architecture, technology, implementation, working demo, industry impact.

What You'll Achieve

Develop an algorithmic solution to a complex real-world problem and benchmark its performance.

Weekly technical, architecture, code and security reviews while you build

Git and GitHub practices as they are used on a real team

Debugging, security review and deployment guidance

Career and interview guidance alongside the technical work

A Demo Day presentation: problem, architecture, technology, implementation, working demo, industry impact

Where Vibe Coding fits

A capability that runs across the engineering tracks, not a track of its own. Students learn how developers use AI assistants across the lifecycle — and are still held to the fundamentals that let them read, review, secure and test what those assistants produce.

AI-Assisted Software Development & Vibe Coding

  • Convert ideas into prototypes
  • Generate and understand code
  • Debug applications
  • Write tests
  • Refactor code
  • Build APIs
  • Create UI
  • Document applications
  • Deploy applications
